Full Council Meetings

Crookham Village Parish Council normally meets at 7:45pm on the first Monday of each month (except August) alternating between Zebon Copse Centre and  the WI Hall in Crookham Village. In exceptional circumstances, additional meetings of the council may be required. Agendas for meetings of the Council and its sub-committees are published on parish noticeboards at least 3 days before each meeting and are also posted on this web site. Members of the public and press are always very welcome to attend council meetings.

Near the start of each meeting there is an opportunity for members of the public to speak for up to 3 minutes each to acquaint the council of matters of interest or concern.

The Annual Parish Meeting, normally held during April each year, gives parishioners the opportunity to hear a summary of the council’s activities for the past year and to advise the council about items of interest or concern.

The Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of the various council sub-committees are appointed at the Annual General Meeting in May each year together with the council’s representatives on outside bodies and any honorary consultants recognised by the council.
